How our integrated model works
In cross-border disputes, the biggest problem is often not the lack of a claim, but the lack of clarity. Clients may not know where the debtor is, whether useful assets exist, what pressure can lawfully be applied, which legal route makes sense, or how much time and cost should realistically be expected. Our team is built to answer those questions in stages, with transparent service scopes and fee models.
We divide the work into four practical functions: investigation, pre-action recovery, legal strategy and litigation, and enforcement or post-judgment recovery. Each function serves a different purpose, but they are designed to work together as one coordinated route rather than isolated services. This allows clients to get a more realistic early assessment, reduce unnecessary cost, and decide whether to proceed, negotiate, or stop before the matter becomes more expensive and more fragmented.
